Cambridge Financial Services, LC, (CFS) is a Limited Liability Company formed in Virgina in May of 2002.
We are a licensed mortgage lender dealing solely in real estate secured loans.
CFS has as its mission to provide a source of funding for customers who, for any one of various reasons, do not qualify for traditional conventional financing.
As of the second quarter of 2005, the Cambridge portfolio totaled approximately $7,300,000 in loans. Its sources for funds for these loans were approximately 40% from commercial institutions, 50% from private investors, and 10% from Company resources.
